To keep our services consistent, and deliver you high-quality care, please read our booking policies below, before making an appointment with Akin Natural Therapies.
Bookings
All bookings are created via the Square Appointments page.
Refund Policy
Akin does not offer refunds on any bookings and purchases including Gift vouchers, so please book carefully.
Appointment Rescheduling Policy
So that we can manage bookings efficiently, please try to reschedule bookings up to 48 hrs before your appointment time.
You can do this easily by referring to your original booking email, or contacting Sharon on 0409 371 354. If unable to attend, please refer to our cancellation policy.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
At Akin Natural Therapies, your well-being is important to us. In booking an appointment, time is held for you to get the care you need. Should you no longer require your appointment, or are no longer available for the original time booked, we provide you up to 24 hours' notice prior to your appointment for rescheduling/cancellations.
Appointments for Sharon Jones are in high demand, and should a cancellation occur after the 24-hour period, a 50% cancellation fee will be taken from your original payment.
No Show Policy
We understand it is easy to miss appointments when life is busy. To help remind you of your appointment, we send a reminder email 48 hours before your appointment time, and another SMS reminder 2 hours before your appointment time.
For no-show appointments, we charge the full amount of the appointment.
In a true unavoidable emergency, e.g., illness or injury, it is at Sharon's discretion to reschedule and make other arrangements.
